Inside Our Production Workshop: How Workwear Is Made From Fabric to Finished Garment | SANTIY WORKERS

As the first light of dawn shines into the production workshop of SANTIY WORKERS, the sound of machines reveals over 35 years of craftsmanship and expertise. What appears to be a simple piece of workwear actually carries layers of safety, durability, and comfort — each step carefully designed and strictly executed.

Step 1 – Selecting High-Performance Fabrics

For anti-static and flame-resistant garments, we use certified functional fabrics that comply with industry safety standards. For outdoor jackets, winter wear, and waterproof clothing, we select materials with waterproof, breathable, and thermal insulation features.
Each batch of fabric undergoes composition analysis, abrasion testing, and other quality checks to ensure stability and reliability.

Step 2 – CNC Precision Cutting

Designers import pattern templates into CNC cutting machines. Based on customer requirements such as reflective strip placement and pocket layout, fabrics are cut with millimeter-level accuracy.
This ensures uniformity in size, consistent appearance, and optimal use of fabric.

Step 3 – Skilled Stitching and Reinforced Construction

Stitching is the most crucial part of making workwear. Our experienced workers use industrial-grade equipment to assemble each panel, reinforce stress points, and integrate essential safety functions such as:

  • Precision sewing of reflective strips

  • Even integration of anti-static fibers

  • Special seam treatment for flame-resistant fabrics

  • Reinforced stitching at elbows, knees, pockets, and high-stress areas

Each fabric type receives a customized sewing technique to ensure durability and comfort.

Step 4 – Strict Quality Inspection

Before leaving the factory, every garment must pass:

  • Anti-static performance testing

  • Flame-retardant effectiveness tests

  • Size and measurement verification

  • Stitching and structural inspection

Only when all standards are met can the product be packaged and shipped to clients in construction, engineering, logistics, and industrial sectors.
