三挺服饰的故事，始于一间不足五十平方米的“裁缝铺”。
那是三十五年前，一个年轻的裁缝沈民军，用一台缝纫机和一把剪刀，开始了他对西服的探索之路。
The story of SANTIY WORKERS began over 35 years ago in a small 50-square-meter tailor shop.
Back then, a young tailor named Shen Minjun started his journey with nothing more than a sewing machine, a pair of scissors, and a dream to make the perfect suit.
匠心的起点 | The Beginning of Craftsmanship
在上世纪九十年代初，“只要有一门手艺，就不怕没饭吃”这句话深深影响了沈民军。
于是，他选择成为一名学徒，靠手艺吃饭，也靠热爱立身。
1992年，他带着妻子北上北京，在西单租下不到8㎡的小铺，从零开始。
他亲自裁剪、加工、跑批发——靠勤奋和坚持，闯出了一片小天地。
In the early 1990s, there was a saying in China: “If you master a skill, you’ll never go hungry.”
Inspired by this belief, Shen became an apprentice, living by his craft and passion.
In 1992, he and his wife moved to Beijing, renting a small 8-square-meter space near Xidan.
There, he cut, sewed, and sold garments by himself—step by step building a name through hard work and integrity.
三挺的诞生 | The Birth of “SANTIY”
几年后，为了照顾年幼的女儿，他们回到了张家港。
沈民军发现当地还没有专业做西服的店，于是1995年，他和妻子开了“三挺西服店”。
谈到“三挺”这个名字，他笑着解释：“西服就要‘挺’。一挺、二挺都不够好听，那就叫‘三挺’吧。”
凭借精湛的手艺与良好的口碑，三挺很快在当地小有名气。
A few years later, the couple returned to their hometown Zhangjiagang to care for their young daughter.
Shen noticed that no one in the city specialized in tailored suits, so in 1995, he opened “SANTIY Tailor Shop.”
When asked about the name, he smiled and said:
“A good suit must stand tall—one layer of structure, then another, until it’s truly perfect. That’s why I called it ‘SANTIY,’ meaning ‘Three Layers of Integrity and Form.’”
His fine craftsmanship and reputation soon made SANTIY a trusted local name.
迎难而上 | Turning Challenges into Growth
2004年，成衣生产兴起，传统西服手工店面临挑战。
就在沈民军思考转型之际，一位老客户邀请他为公司定制500件工服。
这份订单，成为了三挺转型的起点。
In 2004, ready-to-wear garments began dominating the market, threatening traditional tailoring.
Just as Shen was seeking a new direction, a longtime client asked him to produce 500 sets of work uniforms.
That single order became the turning point for SANTIY.
匠心不改 | The Spirit That Never Fades
从那以后，三挺从专业西服制作逐步发展为集设计、生产、销售于一体的综合性服装企业。
产品涵盖高端商务西装、企事业单位制服及职业工装。
而沈民军，依然保留着那份对手艺的执着。
他常说：“以前做的只是西服，现在做的是艺术品。”
From then on, SANTIY evolved from a small tailor shop into a comprehensive apparel enterprise—
offering premium business suits, corporate uniforms, and professional workwear.
Yet Shen never abandoned his devotion to craftsmanship.
As he often says, “What I made before were just suits. What I create now are works of art.”
